She sat on the porch, rocking ever so slightly in her chair as kids ran past her house to the school down the road.
Smiling she thought about the last time she had hurried out the door late for a meeting and sighed in regret that she had wasted all that time to end up stuck in the same place she had always been.
She shook her head, rose to her feet and hobbled slowly inside wondering when kids would slow down and take the time to breathe life in before it was too late.
